Most Lake Pulse subscribers are tied to one lake: they live on it, lead its association, or run a business beside it. But every lake also has people working on it from the outside. They share two things. They hold a formal mandate across more than one lake. And whether or not they live anywhere near a given lake, they've taken on a role in helping it reach its health and safety goals. Lake Pulse PRO is built for them.
What PRO is
One account across every lake your mandate covers. On each lake you can map sampling locations, bring historical reports and data onto the record, keep the timeline and project, funding and permit histories current, and prepare testing and monitoring orders for the lake to approve. You switch between lakes without logging in and out.
What PRO isn't
PRO isn't a second voice for the lake. Statuses and alerts stay with each lake's Lake Admin. A PRO subscriber can recommend an alert and suggest the wording, but only the Lake Admin sends it.
PRO isn't an endorsement. Lake Pulse verifies the mandate; it doesn't certify the person.
And PRO isn't open to companies that sell lake treatment or management services. That keeps every lake's record neutral.

Two ways in
Invited by a Lake Admin. Any lake with a Lake Admin subscription can bring an outside expert onto its record from the portal. A PRO account is included with every Lake Admin subscription ($3,650 per year), at no cost to the consultant.
Approved by Lake Pulse. Organizations with a mandate across 2, 20 or 200 lakes apply. We verify the mandate for each lake. Where a lake already has a Lake Admin, they confirm your participation by email. Where it doesn't, an approved PRO subscriber can step into the Lake Admin role. Multi-lake pricing is custom quoted.
The record stays with the lake
Everything a PRO subscriber adds stays with the lake. When a contract ends or a grant runs out, the next expert picks up where the last one left off, and the community never has to start over.
Why we built it
Lakes with someone accountable for their record make better decisions. Many lakes have a resident who can step up. Many don't, and for those lakes, the agency, university, nonprofit or consultant already working on them is the natural leader. PRO gives that leadership a home.
