Note on wording: “Member” means the free tier. Everyone on a paid level is a subscriber.
Members and Basic subscribers can ask Lake Pulse for help, but it will be less comprehensive. Plus, Lake Admin, and PRO subscribers get the Boathouse.

Subscriptions are billed annually per lake through the secure Lake Pulse store — the same checkout as the Toolbox, separate from it. Choose when the year starts and we set the end date 365 days later. Basic and Plus are the two levels you can buy here — Lake Admin is an application we review with you.
