This Portal Privacy Policy describes how Lake Pulse ("Lake Pulse," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you access or sign into the State Agency Portal, Partner Portal, or Boathouse Admin entry pages (the "Portal Entry Pages").

It supplements our general Privacy policy. If something is not covered here, the general Privacy policy applies.

• Contact information — email address and any username or identifier you provide to request access.
• Portal type and role — whether you are signing in through the State Agency, Partner, or Boathouse Admin path, and your stated role or organization.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and sign-in events to help protect these restricted pages.
• Support messages — any question or access request you submit through the "Contact Lake Pulse" link or related forms.

• Verify who you are and authorize access to the correct portal.
• Communicate with you about your account, access requests, and portal updates.
• Maintain security, detect unauthorized access attempts, and investigate abuse.
• Improve the sign-in experience and troubleshoot entry-page issues.
• Meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only:

• with Lake Pulse staff and authorized administrators who need it to provision or support your access;
• with service providers that host the site, send email, or help us detect security threats;
• with your affiliated organization when your access is managed through their account;
• when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We keep Portal Entry Page information for as long as your access is active, plus a reasonable period to support audits, security reviews, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect information submitted through the Portal Entry Pages. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in credentials private.
