Eight self-serve bundles, each named for the question it answers. If you don’t know where to start, start here.
We used to begin every bundle with a phone call. The logic was sound: lakes differ, and the wrong package wastes money. But a call is also a gate, and gates stop people. Most lake communities who reached our bundles page wanted the same thing: a clear starting point they could buy without booking a meeting first.
So every bundle in the Toolbox is now self-serve. Click, pay, go.
The Check family
Each bundle is named for the question it answers.
PulseCheck. A baseline for a whole lake, or one part of it. If you don't know what to buy, this is the one.
BloomCheck. For when the water turns green and you need to know what it is.
SwimCheck. For the beach and the swim dock.
ClarityCheck. For water that's getting murkier and nobody knows why.
RunoffCheck. For what washes in after a storm.
PlantCheck. For weeds, invasives, and what's growing where.
WakeCheck. For lakes where wake sports meet shorelines.
LotCheck. For anyone buying or selling a lakefront lot. A confidential record of the water in front of the property, built from public satellite and aerial data and emailed directly to you.
Every bundle page lists exactly what's inside, with a one-line description and a link to each product, so you can see what you're paying for before you pay.
When to add a call
If your question is unusual, or you want a second opinion before you order, add a 30-minute Boathouse call at checkout for $50. It's optional. Most people won't need it.
Why we changed
A bundle is a promise that the common questions have common answers. Most of the time they do. For the times they don't, the Boathouse is one checkbox away, and nothing you buy stops you from asking.
When we'll tell you to buy nothing
That hasn't changed. Sometimes the honest answer is that your lake is fine, or that the data you need is already sitting in a binder in someone's basement. We would rather say so than sell you a box.
